Terms & Conditions

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is received. We may decline an order — and will refund it in full — if we cannot produce it, if the request breaches the rules below, or if the pricing shown was clearly wrong.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. Shipping is added at checkout. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.

The final price is confirmed by us at the point of order. If a technical error causes an incorrect total, we will contact you before producing anything.

When you upload a photo, logo or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it solely to produce your order.

We will not print:

• Copyrighted characters, artwork or studio properties you do not hold the rights to.
• Third-party logos or trademarks without evidence of permission.
• Currency, official documents, or anything designed to deceive.
• Content that is hateful, obscene, or depicts a real person without their consent.
• Functional weapon parts, or anything unlawful.

If a request falls into one of these, we will tell you and refund you in full. For character work we are happy to design something original in a similar spirit instead.

Original designs created by Artify3D remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Because personalised items are produced individually, small variations in colour, finish and layer texture are normal and are not defects. Screens also render colour differently — the physical colour may vary slightly from what you saw.

Your right to a remake or refund when something is genuinely wrong is set out in our returns policy.

Our products are decorative and functional household items. They are not toys for children under three, not food-safe unless we say so, and not suitable for structural or load-bearing use. Printed plastics soften in high heat — keep them out of parked cars and away from direct flame.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a gift arriving after an event, though we will always try hard to prevent that and will tell you honestly if a deadline is at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
