Shipping Policy

Almost everything we sell is made to order, so production time comes before shipping time. Ready-made items ship within 24 to 48 hours. Personalised items typically take 2-3 business days, and fully custom work takes 4-6 business days.

The production time for each product is shown on its own page, and again in your order confirmation. If your order is urgent, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

• Standard Shipping: ₹69 — delivered in 4 to 7 business days after production.
• Express Shipping: ₹149 — delivered in 2 to 3 business days after production.
• Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.
• Remote pincodes may carry a small surcharge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship across India. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us before ordering and we will quote it separately.

Once your parcel leaves us you will get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also look up any order using its order number on our track order page.

Courier delays happen, particularly around festivals and in remote pincodes. If your parcel has not moved for three days, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than asking you to.

If something arrives broken, send us photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will remake and reship it at our cost. You do not need to return the damaged piece unless we ask.
