Privacy Policy

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Order details: what you bought, what you customised, and the amount paid.
• Files you upload: photos, logos and reference images for personalised products.
• Basic usage data: which pages were viewed, so we know what to improve.

We do not collect payment card details. When online payments are enabled, they are handled entirely by the payment gateway — card numbers never reach our servers.

Photos you upload are used for one purpose: making the product you ordered. We do not sell them, license them, or feed them to anything.

We keep them for as long as your order is active plus a short period afterwards, in case you reorder or something needs remaking. After that they are deleted. If you want a photo removed sooner, message us and we will delete it.

We occasionally share finished product photos on Instagram. If your item includes a recognisable face, we ask you first. If you would rather we never do, tell us in your order notes and we will not.

Your cart, wishlist, recent searches and saved address are stored in your own browser, on your own device — not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them. This is why your cart follows you between visits but not between devices.

• Courier partners: name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel.
• Payment gateway: the amount and your contact details, to process payment.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your data.

We use the minimum needed to run the site. If analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate behaviour — which pages get visited, where people drop off — not individuals.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@artify3d.com and we will respond within seven days. We may need to keep some order records for tax purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data and uploaded files is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. We are a small team, and we take this seriously because there is nowhere to hide if we get it wrong.
