What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo where the subject fills a good part of the frame. Photos taken on any phone from the last few years are fine. Avoid heavily filtered images, very dark photos, and screenshots of photos. We check every upload by hand and message you before printing if we think it will not reproduce well.

Can I see a preview before you print?

For straightforward items like photo magnets and name keychains, we print directly from what you selected. For cartoon portraits, custom characters and any bespoke work, we send you the artwork on WhatsApp and only print once you approve it.

Question 3

I made a typo in the name. Can I change it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if production has not started. Message us with your order number as soon as you notice and we will correct it. Once an item is printed we cannot change the text, so it is worth checking the spelling in your cart before checkout.

Question 4

Can you print a character from a film or game?

Accepted Answer

Not a licensed one, no. We only produce original designs and artwork you hold the rights to. What we can do is design something original in a similar style or spirit — describe what you have in mind on the Create Your Own page.

Question 5

Do you make things that are not on the site?

Frequently. Replacement parts, props, trophies, awards, signage, prototypes. Send a photo or description through the Create Your Own page and we will quote it, usually within one business day.

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Ready-made items ship within 24 to 48 hours. Personalised items take 2-3 business days to produce, and fully custom work takes 4-6 business days. Delivery is on top of that. Every product page shows its own production time.

Question 7

I need it by a specific date. Can you manage it?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes — but ask before ordering rather than after. Message us with the date and what you want, and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable. We would rather turn down an order than miss a birthday.

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping is ₹69, and free on orders over ₹999. Express shipping is ₹149. Some remote pincodes carry a small surcharge, shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside India?

Not through the website at the moment. If you need international delivery, contact us before ordering and we will quote shipping separately.

What are your products made of?

Accepted Answer

Mostly PLA+, which gives the best detail and colour. Items that need to be tougher or water resistant — planters, phone stands, cable clips — are printed in PETG. Fine-detail collectibles use resin-finished prints. Each product page lists its material.

Are they durable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for normal indoor use. Printed plastics do soften in high heat, so keep them out of parked cars and away from direct flame. They are not suitable for structural or load-bearing use.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?

Accepted Answer

Each piece is made individually, so small variations in colour, finish and layer texture are normal. Screens also show colour differently from real life. Genuine defects are a different matter — we remake those.

How do I pay?

Place your order and we will send payment details straight away — currently UPI or bank transfer, confirmed over WhatsApp. Card and UPI-app checkout is being connected and will appear here automatically once it is live.

Can I return a personalised item?

Accepted Answer

Not for a change of mind — a magnet with your photo on it has no second customer. But if it arrives damaged, or we printed something different from what you ordered, we remake or refund it at our cost. Ready-made items can be returned within 7 days if unused.

Question 15

Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Per-unit pricing drops at 25, 50 and 100 pieces, and we handle branding, individual names and packaging. Use the Bulk Orders page and we will come back with a quote.
